/KASE, March 28, 2019/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about appointment
of a new Board of Directors:
- S. Shakhazhanov – member of the Board of Directors;
- D. Rakhmatullaev – member of the Board of Directors;
- A. Yessenzhulov – member of the Board of Directors;
- B. Bermurzaev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- E. Edygenov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Currently, the Board of Directors of TNC Kazchrome consists of five persons.
