/KASE, March 28, 2019/ – LOGYCOM (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about appointment of a
new Board of Directors:
- S. Shvalov, president of the company;
- A. Mulkibaev, independent director;
- Y. Hakilidi – first vice-president.
Currently, the Board of Directors of LOGYCOM consists of three persons.
