/KASE, March 28, 2019/ – Rakhat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a corporate
litigation commenced by Almaty special inter-district economic court following a
statement of claim filed by A. Kasymova on March 14, 2019 that Rakhat's refusal
to provide a shareholder with details of expenses on lease of stores and
construction of a wholesale store must be recognized as unlawful.
