/KASE, March 26, 2019/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

SB Alfa-Bank says that rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed the assignment to
SB Alfa-Bank of:
The long-term IDRs in foreign and national currency at level "ВB-" with a
"Stable" outlook".
The short-term IDR in foreign currency was affirmed at level "В".
The national long-term rating was affirmed at "BBB+(kaz)" with a "Stable"
outlook".
The affirmation date is March 20, 2019.
