/KASE, March 14, 2019/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board dated March 12, 2019, ordinary shares
US3453708600 (US_FORD) of Ford Motor Company (U.S.) were included in the category
"standard" of KASE official list's main market.
The admittance initiator for these shares is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty).
This decision of the Management Board became effective on March 14, 2019 as the
admittance initiator fulfilled terms of item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.3 to
KASE's internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in said shares on KASE will be communicated later.
