/KASE, March 11, 2019/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on April 8, 2019 at 11:00 o'clock.
The meeting agenda contains 10 issues, including the approval of the company's
revised charter, as well as changes in the Boards of Directors of subsidiaries
of the Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation.
