/KASE, March 6, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board, from March 7, 2019 trades in the following bonds of
Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" (Almaty) open in KASE secondary
market sector:
- KZ2C00004562 (KASE main market, category "bonds", HCBNb5; KZT1,000, KZT17.0 bn;
December 12, 2018 – December 12, 2022, semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR, 30/360);
- KZ2C00004570 (KASE main market, category "bonds", HCBNb6; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn;
December 20, 2018 – December 20, 2021, semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR, 30/360).
Said bonds are quoted in KASE trading system with accuracy of up to the fourth
decimal place of the bonds' "clean" price, expressed in percentage of the face
value, the quotation currency is the Kazakh tenge.
