/KASE, March 5, 2019/ – KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern (Stepnogorsk),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that an Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will
start at 11:00 a.m. on April 4, 2019 with the following
agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting;
- making a major deal with Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan on pledging the
company’s property;
- making an interested party transaction.
