Weekly net borrowing balance of the National Bank of Kazakhstan at GS market is positive KZT5,218.6m, of all issuers - negative KZT47,653.7m

/IRBIS, October 4, 02/ - By IRBIS estimation, the National Bank of Kazakhstan ended the fortieth calendar week (September 30 - October 6) of the year 2002 on domestic GS primary market with following parameters. With the volume of redemption of KZT3,212.9m the issuer attracted at four auctions KZT8,431.5m. The net borrowing balance of the National Bank of Kazakhstan by IRBIS estimation totaled positive KZT5,218.6m. Weekly net borrowing balance of all GS issuers (including coupon payment and redemption of euronotes of the second issue) by the estimation of IRBIS totaled negative KZT47,653.7m. In case IRBIS agency receives additional information on notes redemption, the data will be corrected on Monday if necessary. [2002-10-04]
