/KASE, February 25, 2019/ – Freedom Holding Corp. (Salt Lake City, U.S.), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE of its Board of Directors’ decisions dated February 4, 2019:
- to appoint B. Cherdabayev as a member of Board of Directors;
- to approve submission of the updated company charter to the Secretary of State
of Nevada;
- to approve internal regulation on the company’s operations with amendments.
