/KASE, February 21, 2019/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered changes and additions to the issue prospectus of its bonds
KZ000A0T88N8 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", BTTRb1; KZT100,
KZT118,830.0 mln; March 30, 2006 – March 30, 2019, inflation-rate-indexed annual
coupon, 7.30 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360) and a certificate of
the state registration of a securities issuance dated February 18, 2019,
replacing the one issued earlier.
According to said documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes and additions to the issue prospectus of said bonds;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change in the maturity of
said bonds;
- the maturity of said bonds was changed from 13 years to 236 months;
- as of March 30, 2019 the interest rate makes up 10.50 % APR.
