/KASE, February 20, 2019/ – Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant (Temirtau), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that as of February 15, 2019 it ceased to be a holder of a 100-per-cent
stake in the share capitals of Taraz Metallurgical Plant LLP and Arman 100 LLP.
