/KASE, February 19, 2019/ – KMK Munai (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that powers of three
members of the Board of Directors have been terminated early at their initiative
and new members of the Board of Directors have been elected:
- Wei Yuxiang;
- Chen Shaojun;
- Wu Lingang.
Currently, KMK Munai’s Board of Directors consists of nine people.
