/KASE, February 18, 2019/ – Ai Karaauyl (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions
of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on February 18, 2019:
- to discontinue powers of members of the Board of Directors A. Kanafin and A.
Salimova;
- to appoint K. Mamiev and M. Shabanbaev members of the Board of Directors
as of February 18, 2019.
