Sole shareholder of Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant decides to sell 100 % stake in Taraz metallurgy plant and Arman 100

/KASE, February 14, 2019/ – Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant (Temirtau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of decisions of its sole shareholder dated February 11, 2019: - to sell the 100% stake in the authorized capital of Taraz metallurgy plant LLP at KZT1,701,000,000 in favor of Saikan LLP; - to sell the 100% stake in the authorized capital of Arman 100 LLP at KZT528,000,000 in favor of Saikan LLP; - to transfer the right to claim the indebtedness of Taraz metallurgy plant LLP towards Temirtau Electro-Metallurgy Plant JSC in the amount of KZT5,844,521,576.02 in favor of Saikan LLP.
