updated document from the issuer/ – Kazakhtelecom (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Specialized Inter-District Economic Court of the city of Astana instituted court
proceedings on the legal claim filed on February 5, 2019 by B.P. Dzhumabayev on
the legal entity’s body failure to act.
