/KASE, February 7, 2019/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about changes in the composition of its Board of Directors:
- excluded T. Syzdykov – a member of the Board of Directors;
- appointed: E. Kudabaev – a member of the Board of Directors, Lutz Freitag –
a member of the Board of Directors.
Currently, the Board of Directors of National company "Kazakhstan temir zholy"
consists of nine persons: Christian Kun, S. Mynbaev, N. Baidauletov, E.
Zhanadil, A. Kravtchenko, E. Kudabaev, A. Satkaliev, S. Svyatov, Lutz Freitag.
