/KASE, February 6, 2019/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about a change in its Board of Directors.
The following persons were removed from the Board of Directors: A. Klebanov, S.
Kan, V. Kim, Franz-Josef Kaiser, Manfred-Josef Kerr, G. Andreev, E. Tabanov,
Graham Wood, Chai Chi Tak, J. Kutbai, A. Karyagin.
Currently, the Board of Directors of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation
consists of seven persons: A. Klebanov, S. Kan, A. Karyagin, J. Kutbai, Franz-
Josef Kaiser, Manfred-Josef Kerr, E. Tabanov.
