/KASE, February 4, 2019/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a communiqué
stating that "At the extraordinary general meeting of Kaspi Bank's shareholders
on January 18, 2019, a decision was taken to carry out the voluntary delisting
of Kaspi Bank's shares from the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC.
