/KASE, January 21, 2019/ – Tsesnabank (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies
of registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2C00002913
(KASE main market, category "bonds", TSBNb27, KZT1, KZT30.0 bn; 26.12.14 –
26.12.22; semi-annual coupon 9.25 % APR; 30/360) and the certificate of state
registration of a securities issue of January 18, 2019 replacing the one issued
earlier.
According to said documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change of the maturity of said
bonds;
- the maturity of said bonds was changed from 8 to 15 years;
- the interest rate was changed from 9.25 to 0.10 % APR;
- the interest payment periodicity was changed from twice to once a year;
- the circulation start date was changed to the date of the first successful
trading session on offering of the bonds in KASE trading system
