/KASE, January 29, 2019/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
changes in its Board of Directors:
- M. Erkebaev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, D. Kobzev – member of the
Board of Directors, independent director, A. Asanova – member of the Board of
Directors – were excluded;
- B. Nugymanov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Ushbaev – member of the
Board of Directors, independent director, K. Dauletkhanov – member of the Board
of Directors, independent director – were appointed.
Currently, the Board of Directors of AsiaCredit Bank JSC consists of three
persons: B. Nugymanov, A. Ushabaev and K. Dauletkhanov.
