/KASE, January 21, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
announces that an initial offering of international bonds XS1937714597 of Asian
Development Bank will be conducted in KASE trading system on January 22, 2019 by
way of subscription to them.
"Tengri Capital MB" JSC (hereinafter – the Seller) will act as the seller during
the subscription to said bonds.
The nominal amount of bonds being offered – up to KZT15,234,400,000 (up to
15,234,400 pieces with face value of KZT1,000).
As the price an order must indicate the value of the fixed margin in annual
percentage of the bond's face value, denominated with accuracy of up to the
second decimal place. In case of market orders, the "yield at market" is
indicated as the price.
The number of financial instruments in an order must be represented by the
number of bonds in pieces. The subscription conditions contain no restrictions
on buyers with regard to the maximum number of bonds in orders submitted.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on January 22, 2019 from 11:00 to
13:00 o'clock (Almaty time). Limit and market orders submitted to KASE trading
system by the closed method will be accepted during the subscription. Market
order execution rate – 30 %.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is January 22, 2019; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange is January 22, 2019; the settlement date is
January 28, 2019. The Central Securities Depository JSC will carry out
settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to this subscription's terms the additional information on the
investor disclosed to the Seller of said bonds must include the surname, first
name, patronymic (if available) of the individual or the name of the legal
entity.
