KASE Management Board consented to include international bonds XS1937714597 and XS1937714753 of Asian Development Bank planned to be issued in "Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE official list

KASE, January 18, 2019/ – By the decision of Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of January 18, 2019 it consented to include international bonds XS1937714597 and XS1937714753 of the Asian Development Bank planned to be issued in "Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE official list. Tengri Capital MB (Almaty) is the initiator of admittance of these bonds. This decision of KASE Management Board will be put into effect as soon as the initiator fulfills terms of subitem 1) of item 2 of Chapter 2 of Appendix 2.5 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules" and it will be communicated later. More details of this bond issue will be released on KASE website upon entry into force of the mentioned decision of the KASE Management Board. [2019-01-18]
