Schedule of events at corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from September 23 to September 29 of 2002

/IRBIS, September 20, 02/ - In the period from September 23 till September 29 of 2002 at Kazakhstan corporate debt market the following events will be held. September 23 register of holders of KazTransOil CJSC (Astana) internal coupon bonds of the first issue (KZ73LAONAA35; KASE official "А" listing category, KZTOb; $100, $30.0m; Oct 23, 00 - Oct 23, 03, semi-annual coupon 9.0%APR). The register is fixed for the fourth coupon payment. This means that since September 23 till October 23 of 2002 the bonds will be quoted at KASE without accumulated interest. September 27 VALYUT-TRANZIT BANK OJSC (Karaganda) is to pay the second coupon on its non-subordinate bonds of the first issue (KZ2CUY05A425; KASE official "А" listing category, VTBNb1; $100, $10.0m; Sep 27, 01 - Sep 27, 06, semi-annual coupon 11.5%APR). In case all bonds are in circulation amount of payments will equal in tenge equivalent to USD575.0 th. at the current stock exchange's weighted average rate, which will be in effect on payment date. September 23 register of holders of Bank TuranAlem OJSC (Almaty) internal coupon bonds of the second issue (KZ2CKY08A535; KASE official "А" listing category, BTASb2; KZT15,000, KZT3,750.0m; Apr 29, 02 - Apr 29, 10, semi-annual coupon 9.0%APR).
