According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C45210016 of the Company makes up 158,630,371 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is the National Management Holding KazAgro.
