/KASE, January 16, 2019/ – Halyk - Kazakhinstrakh Subsidiary Insurance Company of
Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the decision of the Extraordinary
General Meeting of shareholders held on December 28, 2018 to rebrand the company
and to change the company name to Insurance Company "Khalyk".
In addition, decisions were made on the approval of the revised versions of the
charter, corporate governance code, regulations for the general shareholders'
meeting, regulations on Board of Directors of Insurance Company "Khalyk" and to
conclude the agreement with China Development Bank Corporation on pledging proceeds.
