/KASE, January 9, 2019/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe reg.), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notifies KASE that its
shareholders’ Extraordinary General Meeting will start on February 4, 2019 at
1:00 p.m.
The meeting agenda includes the following issues: termination of powers of members
of the company’s Board of Directors, electing new members of Board of Directors,
determining the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and benefits to the
Board of Directors’ members for performance of their duties.
