/KASE, January 8, 2019/ – KoZhaN (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that its Board of Directors
approved the deal "as a result of which the Company had purchased goods worth
over KZT100,000,000, ... between the Company acting as a Buyer and SpetsPromCentre
LLP acting as a Supplier for supply of tubing pipes to Morskoye deposit".
