/KASE, December 21, 2018/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board, as of December 21, 2018 trading in ordinary shares
KYG876361091 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", KY_TPL_) of Tethys
Petroleum Limited was suspended in KASE trading system.
This decision was taken in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 25
of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" based on a statement of Tethys
Petroleum Limited on consolidation of its ordinary shares in proportion 10:1.
According to a statement of the company, beginning from December 21, 2018,
ordinary consolidated shares of the company will be traded on the market NEX
of the stock exchange TSX Venture Exchange.
KASE has not received any official letter from the company about said changes
with respective confirming documents.
