/KASE, December 12, 2018/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 12, 2018, bonds
KZP01Y15G081 (KZ2C00005676; KZT1,000, KZT85.0 bn; 15 years; annual coupon 10.00 %
APR; 30/360) of AstanaGas KMG (Astana) were included in KASE official list by
category "bonds" of the alternative market.
The Listing Commission decision is effective from December 12, 2018, since
said issuer fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Said bonds were assigned the abbreviation (ticker) AKMGb1.
