Bonds KZP01Y15G081 (KZ2C00005676; AKMGb1) of AstanaGas KMG underwent listing on KASE by category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, December 12, 2018/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 12, 2018, bonds KZP01Y15G081 (KZ2C00005676; KZT1,000, KZT85.0 bn; 15 years; annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of AstanaGas KMG (Astana) were included in KASE official list by category "bonds" of the alternative market. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bond issue is the first one under the bond program of AstanaGas KMG registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on December 11, 2018 to the total amount of KZT187.0 bn.
