securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the press release, which states as follows:

Aidarbayev and President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov on behalf of LUKOIL Kazakhstan
Upstream signed a Joint Operating Agreement and financing agreement on Zhenis
license area, in Moscow on November 30, 2018.
According to the signed documents, both companies have agreed the terms for
implementation of Zhenis project; similarly named license area is located in the
Kazakhstani sector of the Caspian Sea.
