/IRBIS, August 29, 02/ - According to preliminary estimates of IRBIS, the National Bank of Kazakhstan (NBK) ended thirty fifth calendar week (August 26 - September 01) of the year 2002 on the GS primary market with following results. With actual repayment amount of KZT2,394.6m the issuer attracted at two auctions KZT3,414.5m. Weekly net borrowing balance of the NBK is estimated by IRBIS at positive KZT1,019.9m. Weekly balance of all GS issuers is estimated by IRBIS at positive KZT1,453.3m. In case of receiving by IRBIS agency of additional information on notes maturity the data if necessary will be corrected on Monday. [2002-08-29]
