/KASE, November 27, 2018/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of November 1, 2018 bonds
KZ2C0M12F988 (KZ2С00004489; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 12 months, semi-annual coupon
11.00 % APR; 30/360) of AMF Group (Almaty) were included in KASE official list
by category "commercial bonds" of the main market.
The Management Board decision is effective as of November 27, 2018 in accordance
with item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) AKFIb4.
