/KASE, November 26, 2018/ – Amangeldy Gas (Astana), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
November 14, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y05F456 (KZ2P00003866, KASE alternative market,
category "bonds", AGGZb1) of Amangeldy Gas in the period from April 8 to
October 7, 2018.
According to the letter provided, said bonds were not offered in the period
under review; as of October 7, 2018 2,101,424 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
