/KASE, November 22, 2018/ – Caspi neft (Atyrau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "on
November 20, 2018 the Integrated Securities Registrar executed the order of the
Sole shareholder of Caspi neft JSC (hereinafter – the Company) – Precious Oil
Products B.V. – regarding the encumbrance on (pledging of) 100% of the Company's
shares (in Kazakh and Russian) –
