National Bank takes note of non-placement of Crystal Management shares during period from April 8 to October 7, 2018

/KASE, November 2, 2018/ – Crystal Management (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated October 26, 2018, according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of the company's shares during the period from April 8 to October 7, 2018; - as of October 7, 2018, a total of 10,200,000 common shares of the company remained unplaced.
