KASE Management Board takes decision on inclusion of bonds KZ2C0M12F988 (KZ2С00004489, AKFIb4) of AMF Group in KASE official list by category "commercial bonds" of main market

/KASE, November 2, 2018/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of November 1, 2018 bonds KZ2C0M12F988 (KZ2С00004489; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 12 months, semi-annual coupon 11.00 % APR; 30/360) of AMF Group (Almaty) were included in KASE official list by category "commercial bonds" of the main market. The Management Board decision's effective date will be announced additionally after said issuer fulfills the terms set in item 6 of chapter 1 of appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) AKFIb4. More details on said bond issue will be released on KASE website after the Management Board's said decision becomes effective. [2018-11-02]
