/KASE, November 1, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
as of November 1, 2018 the trading in bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, KASE main
market, category "bonds", CTECb1) of Central-Asian power-energy company (Astana)
was resumed on KASE.
Following a decision of KASE's Management Board the trading in said bonds
was suspended on KASE from October 26, 2018 due to the conducting of the
general meeting of holders of said bonds on October 26, 2018.
The trading in said bonds was resumed due to receipt by KASE of a notice from
the Central-Asian power-energy company that the general meeting of holders of
said bonds didn't take a decision on making amendments to the issue prospectus
of bonds, and a letter from the Central Securities Depository dated October 31,
2018 on resumption as of October 31, 2018 of the offering and circulation of
said bonds in its accounting system.
