/KASE, October 31, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Utility Systems (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated October 22, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on the results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05F191 (KZ2P00003528, KASE main
market, category "bonds", KSYSb1) of Kazakhstan Utility Systems for the period
from March 30 to September 29, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered during the reporting
period. A total of 1,663,256 pieces of said bonds have not been placed as of
September 29, 2018.
