/KASE, October 26, 2018/ – As announced earlier, by the decision of the Listing
Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of September 26, 2018, ordinary
shares KZ1C60650013 (ISIN – KZ1C00001577) of POSITIVE-A (Almaty) were included in
KASE official list alternative market's category "shares".
This decision of the Listing Commission became effective on October 26, 2018
because the issuer had fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix
2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.
