/KASE, October 16, 2018/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter –
the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE of the following:

... rating agency Moody's Investors Service (hereinafter – the Agency) has
affirmed the Bank's long-term issuer credit ratings in foreign and local
currency at "Baa3/Stable".
At the same time, the long-term ratings of senior unsecured debt obligations of
the Bank (ISIN: XS0220743776, XS0248160102, XS0860582435, KZ2C00003002, XS1734574137,
XS1814831563) were affirmed by the Agency at "Baa3".
