/KASE, October 15, 2018/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided the
KASE with press release dated October 15, 2018, which states as follows:

Sberbank in partnership with Visa international company has issued a new series
of ALL IN debit cards of Gold level with a unique design and 1.3% Cashback.
Visa ALL IN card has a number of advantages.
The card is opened free of charge.
Fee is not charged:
• for annual maintenance;
• for the entire maintenance period;
• at cash withdrawal up to KZT 500,000 per month from any ATM of Kazakhstan;
• at cash withdrawal up to USD 50,000 (equivalent) per month from any ATM of
Sberbank in Russia;
• for SMS-banking for the entire maintenance period;
• when making transfers in Sberbank Online internet banking system to Sberbank
cards within the network in Kazakhstan.
Cashback in the amount of 1.3% of the total amount of purchases is returned to a
card in the form of money according to the results of month at card payment in
trade and service enterprises, as well as in online stores. At the same time, the
maximum amount of accrued Сashback is not limited.
The design of new card is based on the stylization of a unique landscape of
Kazakhstan.
