/KASE, October 12, 2018/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of
the following:

On October 12, 2018 International rating agency S&P Global (Agency) assigned
to AsiaCredit Bank a long-term and a short-term credit rating at "ССС+/С",
outlook "Negative", and the bank's rating on national scale at "kzB".
At the same time the Bank sent to the Agency a letter about disagreement and
withdrawal of ratings.
