officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the following:

decision of the Management Board of Samuryk-Energy dated April 23, 2018
(minutes No. 6), AZK paid out dividends based on results of activities in 2017
to the amount of KZT815,278,370 … The amount of dividend per ordinary and per
preferred share makes up KZT6.82.
Dividends were paid out on September 28, 2018 by a transfer of funds to a bank
account of the Sole shareholder – Samuryk-Energy.
