/KASE, September 28, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
announces that an initial offering of bonds KZP10Y16D392 (KZ2C00002301, KASE main
market, category "bonds", SKKZb10; KZT1,000, KZT40.5 bn; 188 months, annual
coupon 9.25 % APR, 30/360) of Sovereign wealth fund "Samryk-Kazyna" (Astana)
is conducted in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) trading system today by way of
subscription to them.
Kazpost (Astana) acts as the seller during the subscription to said bonds.
The number of bonds being offered – 40,500,000 pieces.
As the price an order must indicate the "clean" price of the bond, expressed in
percentage of the security's face value, with accuracy of up to the fourth
decimal place.
The number of financial instruments in an order must be represented by the
number of bonds in pieces. The subscription conditions contain no restrictions
on buyers with regard to the maximum number of bonds in orders submitted.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on September 28, 2018 from 11:30
to 13:00 o'clock (Almaty time). The security ticker during the subscription –
SKKZb10.
During the subscription only limit orders will be collected that were submitted
to KASE trading system by the closed method.
The settlement time is from 14:00 (Almaty time) on September 28, 2018. The
Central Securities Depository will carry out settlements.
According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the issuer of said bonds must include the following
details:
1) surname, first name, patronymic (if available) or the name of the legal
entity;
2) IIN of the individual or BIN of the legal entity.
Applications for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange
