/KASE, September 24, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
announces that on September 25, 2018 an initial offering of bonds KZP03M75F219
(KZ2C00004380, KASE main market, category "bonds", TMJLb5; KZT1,000, KZT75.0 bn;
up to 75 months, annual coupon 9.25 % APR, 30/360) of National Company
"Kazakhstan temir zholy" (Astana) will be conducted in KASE trading system by
way of subscription to them.
Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" will act as
the seller during the subscription to said bonds.
The number of bonds being offered – 75,000,000 pieces.
As the price an order must indicate the "clean" price of the bond, expressed in
percentage of the security's face value, with accuracy of up to the fourth
decimal place.
The number of financial instruments in an order must be represented by the
number of bonds in pieces. The subscription conditions contain no restrictions
on buyers with regard to the maximum number of bonds in orders submitted.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on September 25, 2018 from 10:00
to 13:30 o'clock (Almaty time). The security ticker during the subscription –
TMJLb5.
During the subscription only limit orders will be collected that were submitted
to KASE trading system by the closed method.
The settlement time is from 15:00 o'clock on September 25, 2018. The
Central Securities Depository will carry out settlements.
According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the issuer of said bonds must include the surname, first
name, if available – patronymic of the individual or the name of the legal
entity.
Applications for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange
