/KASE, September 20, 2018/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of September 20, 2018, bonds KZ2C0M12F921 (KZ2C00004372; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 370 days; annual coupon of 8.50% APR is paid after six months from the start of circulation and during redemption of bonds; 30/360) of Mortgage Organization Baspana (Almaty) were included in KASE official list alternative market's category "bonds". The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. Main activities of Mortgage Organization Baspana: provision of mortgage loans, factoring transactions.
