Bonds KZP03M75F219 (KZ2C00004380, TMJLb5) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, September 20, 2018/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of September 20, 2018, bonds KZP03M75F219 (KZ2C00004380; KZT1,000, KZT75.0 bn; up to 75 months; annual coupon 9.25 % APR; 30/360) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy (Astana) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Said bond issue is a third one under the first bond program of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on February 1, 2016 to the total amount of KZT200.0 bn and a fifth issue of said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Halyk Finance, a subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), is a financial advisor to NC Kazakhstan temir zholy. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) TMJLb5.
