ForteBank raises KZT44.0 bn through subscription on KASE placing bonds KZ2C0M76F918 (KZ2C00004364, ASBNb30)

/KASE, September 19, 2018/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of bonds
KZ2C0M76F918 (KZ2C00004364, KASE main market, category "bonds", ASBNb30; KZT1,000,
KZT220.0 bn; September 13, 2018 – December 15, 2024, annual coupon 4.00 % APR,
30/360) of ForteBank (Astana) was conducted in the module "Subscription" of
trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way
of subscription to them.
ForteBank (Astana, hereinafter – the Seller) acted as the seller during the
subscription to said bonds.
Orders for the subscription were collected on September 19, 2018 from 11:30 to
14:00 o'clock (Almaty time).
The face value of bonds offered – KZT44,000,000,000.0. The "dirty" price of bonds
in percentage of the face value and the number of bonds in pieces were indicated
in orders. The subscription conditions contained no restrictions for buyers with
regard to the maximum number of bonds in orders submitted.
By the end of orders collection, one order for the entire offered volume arrived
in KASE trading system. The order was acknowledged active. The "dirty" price in
the order submitted made up 100.0667 % per bond.
Based on the offering results, the order was executed in full. Hence, the issuer
sold 44,000,000 bonds at a "dirty" price of 100.0667 %, in the amount of
KZT44,029,348,000.00.
According to data from the Central Securities Depository (Almaty) the deal based
on results of the subscription to said bonds by the moment of release of this
information was settled, the subscription was completed.
